Provide Project Coordination to school across all stakeholders for the demolition of the Gym.

  • Form stakeholder group

  • Communications plan, (School, community, MoE, Main Contractor)

  • Review main contractor SSSP

  • Manage and arrange spaces for gym equipment

  • Manage fixed asset removal for re-use

  • Review main contractor H&S compliance

  • Review hazardous materials removal compliance

  • Observe and report demolition progress
